Users and contributors of the Learning Hub will notice some changes to the design and layout of the platform which have launched this month making it more responsive, intuitive and improving the compatibility to work with a range of tools for users with accessibility needs.
The core Learning Hub functionality has not changed but the new design system and layout uses tried and trusted platform design principles and components which are focussed on accessibility and improve use on different devices including mobiles and tablets. The changes align to the NHS and UK Government digital standards.
This is the latest stage in the development of the Learning Hub into a unified platform and single point of access for all learning for NHS and social care staff with the latest technology and an improved experience for platform users. We plan to make further improvements to enhance the platform design and new functionality to aid the migration of programmes on the elfh Hub to the Learning Hub. In the coming months we will be adding Resource Certification to the Learning Hub followed by Universal Access, which allows more users from a wider audience to access resources.
We are always keen to hear your feedback on any changes to our platforms. Please fill out our questionnaire https://forms.office.com/e/RirXxSgF6r to help us to continually improve and develop our services.
